hey yall CEL Light came on this is the code i got
P0141 Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (Secondary HO2S) (Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Malfunction
I have a 98 civic dx 1.6 is this the sensor on the top or bottom of the manifold???? I just noticed I have a crack in the flange on my exhaust would that have caused the fault????

 

Check whether dash 7.5A fuse 15 is blown, and measure the resistance of the heater element of the bottom sensor (should be 10-40 Ohms).
