Default Serpentine Belt Changing Difficulties(93' D15B7)

Hey guys, I never removed and replaced a serpentine belt before. On my 93' 1.5L 16 valve SOHC D15B7 engine, there is only 2 pulleys.. A small one on the alternator, and a larger one which I believe is the camshaft pulley. It seemed pretty damn straight forward, however there aint no tension pulley to release the slack.. How the hell do you release the slack on these things? The alternator is on a lil bracket with 2 bolts.. I loosened both and tried pulling the alternator up, and pushing it down to relieve tension, but the alternator wont budge..

One other point.. On that alternator pulley there is a large bolt in the centre that looks pretty big.. almost like a 15/16ths or bigger.. I think its just to hold the pulley to the alternator but is it possible if i loosen that it relieves tension?

Please give me some advice guys. Driving me nuts.

Loosen the top bolt on the alternator, the bottom nut on the alternator, and the bolt that holds the curved bracket for the top bolt onto the engine. Then push the alternator toward the engine. It will move, may be hard if it hasn't moved for a while.

The nut on the alternator shaft, as you suspected, just holds the pulley on.

Damn.. I was just missing a bolt. Problem was I figured I could do it without jacking it up, so I couldn't see anything underneath the alternator.. Looks like I gotta borrow some jack stands from the neighbour.
