shims for camber?
the guy at les schwabbs said he can just put a couple metal shims in for me to adjust my camber, are these good and reliable and i hear you only add shims if your camber is + and mine is -
my camber: left -1.6 right -0.8
i jsut ordered a camber kit so..... should i cancel it? or is he right?

for the rear... yes you can just shim the rear upper camber arm. just use some washers and longer bolts.... only problem is its just guess work unless you have the tools to check your own camber...
a camber kit is defiantly the best way to go since your alignment shop can set it up perfect or how ever you want it!

im pretty tight with the guys at les schwabbs, i work in a shop next to them, and he knows the measurements for the size and all and they will check it, so its good? great i dont need a rear camber kit
no you dont need it if your cool that way. just be sure you use the right length bolt... otherwise the bolt will be to short and not enough threads to hold it tight and can wobble out and really cause problems!
just keep putting in afew washers. and after the second time you check it you should be able to guess the extra washers needed or removed. so many washers will change the angle so much. just be sure to have a few different length bolts to be sure you have the perfect length or at least close to...
