Hey Guys, also got a question on the slam panel (the panel in front of the engine that the bonnet catch, headlights and radiator bolt onto - highlighted in red in this pic). Can this panel be taken out and changed? It has a bolt either side and a bracket to connect it to the bottom of the car by the lower rad mount, but I have been toold by a friend it is spot welded in. I cant see this tho.

yeah... its part of you frame, it wont come out like normal. It will need to be cut or welded out. Thats what gives your front end strength from collapsing. Sorry
