I noticed my car over heating and was hearing a weird noise from under the front right side of the hood. I pull in my driveway and notice the noise was coming from the radiator. I opened the cap and steam came flying out.

Would like to know is this is anything major.

Two majors things is i just filled my radiator prior to this and also I noticed that the cap was only half way on. Also, the ac was not as cool as usual if i am remembering correctly.

also, i dont think my radiator fan is turning on. any reason why this would occur
