Angry Someone save me IACV problem

Ok so I'm starting a thread cause I cant find one that helps and I have looked for over a month, so here it is.

Car= 93 civic hatch auto shell swaped in a JDM d15b multi Vtec for fuil eco and performance it is obd2a I used a rewire and had to add some wires myself for egr, eco light, and 2nt Vtec

Problem= I keep getting IACV check code and idle issues

I have replaced the IACV, Map and TPS I have cleaned the IACV the throttle body and the part under it I have tripple checked for leaks cleaned the PCV valve, replaced the ecu 3 times and I may have forgotten some things.

Part of my challeng is that I cant find a perfect match ECU pinout for this engine (P2j-J63) its a two wire IACV and I tried pin A12 car will barely idle 250RPM (even after ECU learns iddle) with it in this pin if I turn ignition on it will not click. If I try A13 or A14 it will click but when I start it it revs/surges from 1100RPM to 1600. In any one of these pins I still get CEL 14 IACV??

Sorry for the long post

You need to be sure your ECU is built for 2-wire IACV. One from a 3 wire IACV system will not work with 2 wire even though you move the wires.

All US 96-2000 autos were 3 wire I think. Only the manual EX had 2 wire.
