squeaky brakes
i have a 95 Civic Si. The front brakes were squeaking, so i changed them. The old brakes were almost completely worn down. I put new brakes on, and drove the car. The car brakes a lot better now. The brakes stopped squeaking.
About 30 minutes later, it starts to squeak when i stop. sometimes it sqeakes, sometimes it doesnt. I took off the rear wheels, and the rear brakes still have lots of meat.
should i just replaced the rear brakes also?

RE: squeaky brakes
well if your front brakes stopped squeaking after you changed them, its safe to say its high time to change the back brakes too? Also have you checked your brake fluids?

RE: squeaky brakes
i took off the rear tires, and checked the rear brakes a few days ago.
they still have a lot of life left in them.
no need in changing brakes that dont need to be changed.
either the front brakes still need to be broken-in or upgrade the front brakes.
i was poor, so i got the lowest priced brakes...
but im not poor anymore.
