Hey guys I'm new here from the U.S virgin island a island that's 80% hills that's my issue, I just rebuilt my 97 ek civic with a t4 Turbo and now the car won't climb hills it's like I shut the key off at the hill..anyone please help what is her issue and yes she's timed
