Steering Wheel+Airbag

Does ne one know how to take a steering wheel off of a 1992 honda civic without deploying the airbag? Where are the bolts? Is it attached by bolts... i am clueless i don't want to just taking it apart and deploy my air bag. Also do you know if you have to take the steering wheel of to take the dash out?
