steering wheel replacement

hey there, I was just wondering about replacing my factory steering wheel with another factory replacement due to wear and tear. Do you have to take the air bag off to remove the steering wheel and will that cause any problems?? I have a 93 civic lx 4dr and the air bag is in good working condition, never deployed. thanks

youll want to disconnect your battery for at least 30 minutes to let the air bag reserve charge diminish. hopefully that covers it!
