Stubles at 1300 rpm

What would make my car stuble of hesitate only at around 1300rpm?

fuel pressure, spark plugs, connectors, fuel filter... is this at idle or driving? my car did this when I accelerated and today I changed the spark plugs and no more problems.

change the spark plugs and check the connectors. I did and my car runs great now. also check the hoses connecting and going from the throttle body, might have a vacuum leak.

stumbles is what I think he means... just like from what I am gathering, it means that the car is hesitating and is surging/pulsing when he gives it gas.
