Default swapping cams 2003 to 2007 2.0?

I have a 2003 civic si (2.0 i vtech)with a timing chain off two teeth throwing the code p0341. Further inspection shows the cam slightly gaulded where it rides in the journals. I have some cams out of a 2007 2.0 i vtech. Does anyone know if they will fit?

My concern is that a 2003 2.0 was about 160 hp and the 2007 2.0 is a 200 hp motor. I believe the lift and duration and maybe the lobe separation may be different between the two. So I don't know if they can be just installed normally or if they can be used at all?

Thanks for the help,

Jeffro

I believe we're talking about K20A3 and K20Z3 engines, one being the 03 and the other being the 07. Both are K series but I don't know if the cams are interchangeable.

Bump for curiosity.
