Dont remove it. I just added mine over the old one. You sort of slide them on. Did you by any chance get one off the ebay, a white face with inglo?

If you got the same as mine then go here for instructions. Thet did not even sent me instructions but they emailed me the link. I guess they are too cheap to print the instructions.

first, why are you yelling?? second, if you remove the needles, they will never work again for that gauge. Period. End of story. Thats waht my engine temp gauge is doing right now and it sucks, but you live you learn. And the ebay indiglo gauges, you just need to take your time, be super careful, and work them around the needles. Just takes a little time.

yeah me too i messed up my rev counter by doing this. then i read the instructions and it says that they slide over the needles i added a little bit of superglue to hold it in place i also removed all the illumination lamps on the cluster. i wired my dials up to the speedo there is a + screw and a - screw on the back i used these cos it comes on when you start the car.

for our temp gauge u can take needle off and drive car for awhile til it warms up and then put needle back on while car is warm and runing put where temp is at normally.
