if i am correct, i dont think it will... A friend of mine tried one kinda like that. Wasnt a shiney one, but for the same car on his y8. One of the bottom bolts are slightly off. I wouldnt spend that much to find out it wont work... make sure before hand. GL

thats weird... his H22 throttle body wouldnt work on his and his was a y8.
