Default Timing

I am having trouble with the timing on my car. I have set the motor at top dead center and put all the plug wires in the correct position i think. (if some one has a picture of the correct way that would be helpful )( it is a 1993 honda civic dx with 1.6 motor ) I can not get the car to start and i have tried everything i can think of. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you:

Do you have spark? Does the fuel pump prime?

Post pictures of the cam and crank set at TDC1.

Cylinder 4 is closest to the distributor:

Thank you for the pics and yes i have spark and fuel. By looking at the pics i have the wires wrong, so i will move them again. Also when setting TDC should the intake or exhaust be open and which position is open up or down?

At TDC1, all the valves of cylinder 1 will be closed. When a valve is closed, the rocker arm should be slack, not pressing on the valve.

Default Timing belt is loose

My 1997 honda civic dx 5 sp is having timing issues the belt is floppy and I need to replace it but I don't have the money right this moment to do it, if I have the same make model and year honda as mine can I take the timing belt off of that other honda and put it on my car and use it just until I get the cash to buy a new one or is that not recommended? I would kinda think that it's not recommended but I just had to ask to make for sure thank.
