Over the last couple days ive been having an issue every so often when shifting into 2nd gear where the car just shakes instead of accelerating. Every time I just shift out of 2nd and back into it and everything resumes as normal. It seems like it generally occurs when the car has not been running for very long. Could it have anything to do with the weather getting colder and does anyone have any ideas as to what specifically is going out?

 

it may be that its cold and trans fluid hasn't warmed up yet, when was the last fluid change?
