So my trunk was broken in to and now the light in it wont go out, but it actually latches and unlatches correctly. So it killed my batterie. So obviously i took out the bulb, but it is still killing my batterie. What can i do? Please help.

I don't know but does it work with the dome light? You could just turn it off instead of "door" ? Or maybe it doesn't work that way... There must be a switch that the door closes on to turn the light off... Find that switch.

you should find the wire and plug that connects to the switch to the light when it is open, just unplug it and that should do it. the plug is most likly within a foot of the latch, if that dont work see if there is a fuse just for that light, probably not but worth a try to look
