Question Vibration in 1st gear

When ever moving from a stop the entire cabin shakes, is there anyway to eliminate or reduce this vibration?

Check the motor mounts and axles. Another possibility is clutch chatter due to clutch wear.

Your most likely right about the clutch wear, it's a 1998 manual civic. Any tips on checking the Mounts and Axles?

Get rolling in first gear, let the clutch off fully then alternately give it gas and abruptly let go of the gas pedal. If there's banging from under the hood, probably bad mounts. If the car behaves OK in that test but shakes when you have the clutch partway out, it's the clutch.
