vtec light mod help.....

vtec light mod help.....
i tried to hook up a vtec light mod on my 94 civic hb vx and the light just stays on when i start the care. is it because of my vx model with the 3 stage vtec????

i found it out on my own and this should be posted on the diy forum for 92-95 models its the orange w/ white stripe on pin a4 heres the wiring diagram i found also useful for swaps.
