Default Want an Anti-Tail Gate Switch? Heres how!

So, I want a button that if I am being tail gated i can just flick the switch, watch the guy behind me hammer his breaks as I scoot off and leave him in frustration I am looking for instructions on how to do this, please note that this switch is desigend to stop people who tail gate in rush hour traffic, I FULLY respect the left most lane as the passing lane. This switch is also good at keeping people behind you from mimicing you break patterns.

I have a 2001 honda civic 4dr

any help would be appreciated
