i was just wondering if my 94 civic ex 2door coupe came with the 1.6 sohc vetec??oh an one more thing wat oil is beter...castrol syntec BLEND or castrol syntec...jus confusin to me

If you have a 94 Civic Ex you should have a 1.6L VTEC engine.

As for the oil, well, that can be debated. I use full synthetic, but that's just me.

yea thersthree bottles of castrol...1 gtx 2 syntec 3 syntec blend....i don no the diff from 2 an 3....but u use 2? right

I have a 93 with your same engine...which is the 1.6 VTEC and I always run mobil 1 synthetic...used to use Castrol but Mobil 1 seems to be soo much better and my Dad is a mechanic of 30+ years and runs it everyday. Thought this would help.
