Weird idling while stopped when warmed up

Weird idling while stopped when warmed up
So when my car is cold it pulls hard, no rough idling or bogging at low rpms, its a automatic (I know disappointing) But when im stopped it kicks a little, not too sure what the problem could be...It only starts to act up when the car gets warmed up after 10-20 minutes of driving
