its possible with a scope but might be difficult since its a ZC engine. With it being a ZC engine I would go to some place that is specialized in dealing with hondas

ehtier try and buy new pullys or go to a honda repair shop see if they can do it thats your best chance

Edit: Sorry, I missed the fact that you already mentioned that you found the pointers.

Did you try to reveal the timing marks by scrubbing the pulley with a wire brush or steel wool?
