What brand o2 sensor to use

Default What brand o2 sensor to use

1998 Honda Civic ex. Replacing upstream o2 sensor, what brand name sensor is recommended for quality and proper function? Denso, Bosch, NTK? Car is completely stock.

Typically, unless you want to shell out the big bucks and get an OEM honda sensor, you should go with NTK because i believe they're the one who make the honda sensors.... they're an offshoot of NGK spark plugs. The only place I found them was online, not at the local stores. Though, when I used an NTK sensor it died within 3 months, so I was fed up and put a bosch at the local store on it and its been fine for a year now.

Never had a problem with bosch.
