What Do I NEED?
I bought a wrecked 99 civic si with 81k miles. I want to swap that engine/hydro tranny to my automatic 1989 honda civic LX 4 door.... WHAT DO I NEED????
The car still hase the complete swap,all wiring harness to the engine/whole car,axles,linkage,ecu.

you will needs a set of engine mounts, you will need a conversion harness of some sort whether you keep it obd0 or upgrade to obd1. regardless you will need a new ecu that will support vtec.
and that your starting with an automatic your pretty much on your own there. but you will need the pedal assemblies from a 88-91, and who knows what else.
your gonna have to search for a more indepth answer to your question. i suggest lots of googling and a large notepad. also try some other honda forums not just one
