What do you think the problem is?
I have a 2002 Honda Civic LX, with a 2005 VTEC in it. I AM not sure if the ECUs were swaped when the motors were. It does have headers and the entire stock exhaust has been removed, and the Megan racing exhaust has a Cat back system. The code that is coming up is P0420, which is Catalyst performance below threshold. It has a brand new catalytic converter in it. What do you think the problem is.
