I have an 03 EX that has a water leak soaking the carpet around the drivers feet. I found a leak around a tube behind the drivers kickpanel. The tube is dry but nothing is connected to it. Does anyone know what it is?

 

I think I figured it out. I found a tube pulled back into a hole just above the tube I showed in the picture. I pulled it back through the hole and poured water into the sunroof drain. The water poured into the floorboard. Had the bright idea to compare to the passenger side and can barely see a similar black tube with a clear tube plugged into it.
