I can only assume that you're new to foruming. If so, welcome! The biggest thing you'll need to learn right off the bat is to use the SEARCH feature at the top. If you dont search first, it shows laziness, and people will jump on you. Most aren't willing to help those who aren't willing to help themselves.

also, since most of us are from the States, we're not entirely positive on the naming conventions in europe or australia etc. so to us an ESi means very little
