the fuel pump relay in a 1998 Honda Civic Lx. My cars still sitting in the yard. I need help. Asap please

 

I think it is behind the glove compartment near the ECU. Problems with the relay are rare in models after 1995 though. Have you checked the fuses? Check under the back seat see if there is power and ground on the fuel pump wires. If there is, but pump doesn't run, the pump or wiring in tank is bad.
