Default Is this where My problem stems? 5 Pictures...

I have an oil leak... From Where it is I know Its high on the engine and ether on the transmission end or the firewall side tward the passenger side of the engine... I looked around on here and I found out it could be the dist. o-ring or the seal in the vtec... I Know where the Dist. is and how to replace the seal... is this the other one?

I can tell its been going on for a while... any one have any suggestions on how to get this cleaned up?

I can safely pressure wash that area? I figured with all the wiring connectors and the distributor and the air intake right there I would not be able to....
