Just purchased a 96 LX with a 1.6 liter & 5 speed. The car had the surging idle, pulled the IACV and it's locked up. Tried cleaning it and soaking it, no help. Can't get it to move!
Anyone have any suggestions where to reasonably purchase an IACV.
The car has other mechanical and cosmetic issues I need to work through so I want to becareful throwing money at it.

I meant to include that it's a three wire part # 16022-P2A-J01.
I should have also mentioned I've been to a couple of bone yards already with no luck.
