Unhappy Wierd Problem

I have a 95 Civic DX with the 1.5 non vtec in it and am having a slightly strange and intermittent problem. The problem is that the car sometimes acts like it is flooding when you are just holding speed. I have noticed it seems to happen more often after decelerating using the engine (since it is a 5 spd) but it will cause you to have to step all the way into it to get it to pick itself back up.

Very possible the throttle position sensor is going bad.

i had a similar problem, and solved it by cleaning the iacv valve! Google "how to clean iacv valve civic" (my problem was when i pressed the gas from a stoped position the car would choke) ran smooth after that
