I wouldn't trust it. For one, they mention '92-00. '92-'95 civics have different heads and exhaust than the '96-'00 civics. The add is also confusing. They say "OEM manifold cat converter" and also "header cat converter". What is it? The header? The cat? Both? IIRC isn't it illegal to sell a cat converter?

hey dont listen to them!! i have that, i trust it man. that is for a d16y7, i know because i have one, if you have the y8 the cat is under the car, if you have the y7 the cat is conected to the excuast manifold, which are the headers, i literaly just bought one like that, right off of the same craiglist sight i bought it from a guy in river side, just just my honest opinion
edit: if you dont buy it i will hah..check it out take the two pieces apart. check the inside make sure its not hollowed out on the bottom piece
