Default Window stuck/door panel removal

I just got a 1999 ex coupe and the drivers side power window is stuck. I press the button and it only moves a little bit up and down. It seems like the window is jammed by the rear view mirror with the weatherstrip. I read a couple of threads and I get the idea that I should remove the door panel. I started unscrewing but I don't think what I did is what was meant. Can anyone tell me how to remove the door panel step by step, preferably with pictures? I was actually able to remove most of the weatherstrip except for a small piece about 2mm. I don't know if that is enough to jam it or if the problem is with something else. Thanks for any help you can give me.

to remove the door panel, remove all the screws and bolts that are holding it or accesories (like door handle, speakers, etc) to the door. then start to pull the panel away from the door and the clips holing it on should put out of the holes(be careful not to break any) then lift the door panel off the door. and unplug any wireing behind it.

(this is a pretty general description)

also you can try to spray some silicone in the window channel to see if that helps.
