Default Window switch problem

2003 Civic 4dr LX. Rear driver's side door window will operate from that door only and not from the driver's(master area.) Can it be anything other than the driver door switch? How do I get the driver's door switches out?
Thanks

I think a faulty master switch is a good guess:

Default Thanks

Thanks a great deal. I have been too busy for a day or so. Will get on it!

Default fixed

I took switch apart last weekend. A mechanical part was bad. Got a part from East Broad Honda in Richmond for $65 + ship instead of $99 + tax. Installed in 10 min.
As usual, taking apart was slower but once I learned how...
Thank you again!
