Hi,

I have been having a problem for awhile where my intermitent wipers will work sometimes, but not others. More recently, I found that my wipers will not mist at all. I replaced the wiper fluid pump, but this did not solve that problem. Is this more of an issue with the wiper motor somehow or maybe with an electrical connection? If anyone knowledgeable wbout this can provide some direction, I'd appreciate it. (As a side note, there are times when my ignition will not work right away, but then my car starts up after a few seconds with the key turned. I doubt that is related to the wipers in any way, but I thought I'd mention it). Thanks,
