Won't go in drive position

Won't go in drive position
I am on my way to school yesterday and when I step on the gas pedal while still moving, it won't go. I tried all the gears. The lights in my dash is ok without any sign of transmission problem. Fluids are full.
It seems like the clutch won't engage.
My car is a 2002 4door civic ex, automatic tranny with 118k miles. Thanks in advance.
