Alright, i'm now on my 4th switch. I have two switched wired up: one for underbody neon and one for interior neons, and randomly my switches keep burning out or something....they have green LED's on them, and the LED's wont light up and they won't power anything on. They're both getting full power (used a voltmeter)....so what is going on with these switches? Is it just that they are cheap switches from Wal-Mart or what?

The current rating for your switches may not be high enough to handle the load. Try to use better quality switches from an electronic store.

 

Wire in a relay to handle the current load then you can use whatever kind of switch you want. PM and I'll send you some stuff to get you started.
