What would the voltage between wires and with ground when the blower and ac switch is on?

I dont have power to my Compressor Clutch & Compressor Fan. It used to turn on, but now it wont. Dont want to take out my dash/ac panel just yet.


My electronic thermostat (original stock part) has three terminals, how do I test unplugged using a multimeter? Any idea on the resistance I should expect if its working or not?
