So along with our civic we have a Scion xA. We ordered the spoiler for it from Arlinton Toyota in Buffalo Grove, IL. It was for a 2005 xA in Phantom Gray Pearl. The parts guys was like sure we'll call you when it gets here. Well it got there so we bring it in to have them put it on. We come back and the people there are like, well it's on the car.... but its the wrong color. We were like what the F@ck?! They didn't notice the color until they already drilled into the car. So they are like we'll order the right one and get it swapped. So they are like, it's here, come on in. So we go there. They tell us they aren't ready yet... that the spoiler isn't painted. What the F@ck?! First off, we wanted a factory painted spoiler. So they go and put this painted one on and we see that they didn't even paint the whole thing. They missed a piece underneath. So we go on ebay and see there's a factory spoiler in teh right color. We tell them we are getting it ourselves and that they will swap it once we get it. So they agree to refund us and all. So last night we bring it in and to begin with, it takes them like 3 hours just to swap it. Then they have the nerve to give us crap about no one remembering that they gave us approval to return the one they tried to pass off on us. They eventually did it, but holy crap. Don't ever go to this dealership.
