Anyone from wisconsin know where i can register a car where they dont require emissions

 

appleton, found da lac, oshkosh, and madison(i think)...those are the only ones i know around my area.

 

Here in wausau there are no emissions,if you are a liscenced wisconsin resident you will need to change your vehicles registration address aswell as your address on your liscence,I know of a couple places and addresses you can use to register your vehicle to so emissions will not be an issue and you can still recieve important mail from the state reguarding luiscence and registration matters

wow you really have to change all your addresses and **** cant i just tell them im going to school up there or something and tell them i want to use my home address

 

yea man ... Madison no Emission but Racine dose so i dont care ill pass it anyway ... ...

 

I live in Waukesha and i register my car saying i life in jefferson county. They don't make you get emissions. My license still has my home address also.
