89 civic dx. Crank turns, distributor rotor turns and sends spark. No start
I have a 89 civic dx. It trys to turn on but then just wont start no matter how long you leave it there. Theres a spark from the distributor (placed a screwdriver inside to see if it shocks me) but when I put the cap on it doesnt send tit o the spark plugs. So I tired every individual one ( the plugs to spark plug) by sticking metal inside and seeing if it sends some sort of electrical signal but Ive got nothing. I dont know what to do anymore. It was sitting since 2019, got it to run for a bit, drove it aorund for about 20 min. The next day it doesnt even want to start. I changed the distributor, fuses, the ecu looks fine ( doesnt send back codes) and no engine lights come on. I also replaced the entire fuel pump but that doesnt work either. Help please
