Default 2011 honda civic horn not working

The horn works, direct to battery horns fine. I hear clicking on relay under dash, but inside a module box full of wires, etc.. Fuse okay. tested. The factory installed alarm does not audible also but lights and door locks okay.. Just the sound.
Any ideas out there. Actually need a Chilton schematic of the wiring if anyone has it. Thanks y'all.

Ping again on this issue. Just by chance has anyone actually changed the relay in the box full of wires under the dash. I attempted one time to get into it, just full of wires. Also I will have to disconnect battery before attempting anything like this. thanks.
