Default 95 Civic new poster

I just bought my first Honda today.
It's a 1995 Civic EX 4 door. 241000 miles. I picked it up pretty cheap, but it needs a little work.
Here's some pictures I snapped a few minutes ago.

As you can see, it's not in the best shape, but....

I have an appointment to get this little problem fixed on Tuesday.

Someone did a little hack job with a cheapy Walmart LCD.

It has a crappy amp, but I do like the location of the custom amprack. When you fold the back seat down, boom, there's the rack.

Anywho, that's my new project. It's joining my 1993 Taurus SHO and 1984 E-150 POS work van...

As for me, I'm a 27 year old dude in North Carolina with a wife and two cats. I'm mostly boring, even thought I do work in a casino....

Is that blue suede on the door?... Nice.

Looks like she needs a good polishing.

It's not horrible. I'm definately a happy camper.
I only payed $2000 for it. Plus, $300 for a windshield replacement. And a bit more for a *real* short shifter instead of a hacksaw job :P
It's not actually suade on the doors. It's just some blue cloth. They did a decent job, but the cloth is wearing thin on the driver's side; it needs to be re-done.
I'm not sure if a wax/buff would help much on the paint. In a couple of months, I'm planning on having it repainted. Also, I have a friend who does professional window tinting. He offered me a good price on some quality tint.

It needs a little TLC (and a bit of cash dumped into it), but it should be fun

I live about an hour west of Asheville. Almost all the way into TN. There is absolutely NOTHING to do out here. Which gives me a bit more time to work on the car

Oh, I hope I didn't offend you, I thought it was suede. Haha.

Sounds like you got some good projects on the way. I kind of like the placement of that screen... and your amp location is nice.

No offense taken
I'm gonna replace that blue cloth with some blue vinyl, I think. The screen is in a good location, and it works well... The only problem there is that they didn't block off the vent when they hacked into the dash Once I get all that taken care of, a carputer may be in the works....
