Default New ek Hatch Owner

Sup guys, my name is Bryan. I just bought a 97 Civic Hatchback 2dr. It is pretty much all stock with 2000 front end, Si grill and nice little drop. I'll get some pics up soon.

I am going to want to replace the inside door panels since the arm rest part on the driver side door is broken. So, I will need some assistance in finding out where I can buy that.

My main goal for this car is not to jack up the engine, but I am putting 2 15" Fi Audio Q's in the back, sealed in a custom box I am working on for the civic hatchbacks.

Hope to learn alot here!

I'll look into it.

I think I know, or have seen, him on a car audio forum.

First things first. Gotta get the bass in there!

Here are some pick of my ek.

I just bought new charcoal interior door panels, so I won't have to repair my current ones. They cost me $179 shipped. I am going to rewrap the arms myself, since the DIY section here is so helpful. The new doors, also match my leather seats that I just picked up and installed for $150 for the pair. I think it was a pretty good deal.

On Saturday, I am installing my subs. I already setup my Pioneer HU and Fosgate mids and highs and ran all the wiring. I just need to finish constructing the box. It's kinda tricky because it needs to wrap around the wheel wells in the rear to give me enough volume.

As for the exterior, I am not looking to do too too much. Maybe a carbon fiber hood, since mine has a couple dents in it and perhaps some nice lights and definitely rims. I found some 18's black with polished trim for $300 minus tires.

Here's the car as it is now.

Next to my Magnum

New seats

Overkill? lol, not a chance! You should of seen what my Magnum could do. I had four 15's in that badboy. Some people wouldn't even sit in it so could let them hear it inside. I'll post a couple videos.

Some people like fast, some like loud. I am a car audio enthusiast and with this particular setup, I can win a few local SPL comps, even though I will have excellent SQ.
