American Made Gone Import
I was a Chevy man till the end until my 06 Trailblazer was stolen a couple months ago.
With gas prices continuing to rise and my needs changing, I decided to look at a small car and kept myself open to imports. I ended up buying a brand new 2007 Honda Civic EX (Pics will be up soon!) and I'm STOKED!!
The Civic is a great car and gets great gas mileage. I've already tinted the windows, bought fog lamps to install, and plan on putting the XM receiver in soon.
I hope to find ALOT of good information here and create a better appreciation for Imports.

Welcome and gratz on the new ride. Getting your stuff stolen flat out sucks...but almost better to be stolen completely then to have that feeling the next time you get into your rig after its been busted in to.
you will definetely get loads of info from the people here on HCF, i didn't know hardly anything about civics when i bought mine and now i know a lot lol. enjoy your new ride

This is one of the friendliest forums, but if you just want info you should also look at Honda Tech also... I registered there and only post to ask questions because they know a lot also, but the rest of the time Im here because the people are cool. Anyway, that sucks about your chevy, but welcome to the forum!

I'm with you on this. I've owned all American cars til now. My last being a Hemi Ram(12mpg). Could stand the dumpin $60 a week into it anymore. Now I have a brand new Si Civic and I couldn't be happier.
