Is that the AEM CAI? What else do you plan to do to the engine CC?

Yeah, the AEM definalty adds a kick. I'm not sure how much. probably not more then 5hp. but every HP counts. The BIGGEST diff with the intake is the throttle response. It's so much smoother and I honestly don't think I've ever really floored it. Never have too!

Stuff to come (summer): Sunroof, Black housing 1pc projector style headlights with blue halo, single fold muffler. since I don't like a loud *** muffler, I'll just get a cheap, stock looking muffler but with only one internal fold. This also increases throttle response and smoothness while keeping some (not all) backpressure. I've had it on my later model civic('88) and it made anoticeable diff. so I'll get the same one for now until I get enough $$ to afford a catback.

don't expect to see a body kit on my car for awhile.I like the natural look of the car. Plus, I aint done the performance yet. and I don't like cars with body kits but can't perform to match their look

I only have the AEM short Ram intake. But honestly, I've seen the CAI from AEM on other civics and can't seem to figure out why somebody would pay like $100 more for the same damn thing!! My air filter finishes at the exact same place as the CAI so what's the deal?

highly recommend the short ram...unless you dont have to worry about ever driving your car in the rain. Ive seen two of my friends blow there motors from small puddles. i havethe aemshort ram on mine and have had no problems. hp gain is slightly smaller but well worth the safety. as for the aem bypass valve...does work but you lose hp with those too....short ram the way to go in my opinion.
