What those guys did was take the two bypass hoses and disconnected them from the throttle. Then they connected the hoses to each other. So they took the TB bypass out. What i think you don't understand is that i don't think that they are a moron. And they didn't not bypass it through the TB, that is what the stock position was. If you look at the thirdgen.org site, you will see that they connected the two hoses togehter, so it was not actually connected to the TB at all. They were talking the bypass out to get some more performance, they were not adding the bypass. This is what i think you didn't get.

no dude. it's simple. the factory runs coolant thru the tb. one line in (no, it's not a bypass hose, it's a coolant hose) and one coolant line out. then, if you choose too, you can BYPASS the coolant thru the tb! to BYPASS the coolant thru the tb you simply disconnect the coolant lines running to and fro the tb and connect them together. now instead of running coolant thru the tb you have BYPASSED it!
they did not take the BYPASS out! there was never one there to begin with. do you undetrstand the meaning of the word BYPASS?

First I need a center bezel around the vents and radio cause I busted it. I would like to tint the windows but NC has strict laws on that stuff and the legal tint isn't too dark but it may be worth it. Probably new carpet, more speakers, etc. You know the normal stuff. It hasn't been abused but it needs some TLC fo sure!!

I never did like an interior with the colors. I like to keep it stock, i am a big fan of the complete sleeper.
