Bumber question

Default Bumber question

ok i don't own a civic or anything but i got into an accident with one today, and it is a only a fender bender and i was wondering how much a bumber for a honda civic ex 2001 run for i was quoted at $400

do you have to buy it? if so go to the scrap yard and pick one up, you can get one for about $150-$200 in perfect condition, you just need to get it painted (which you would have to do anyways)

that sounds about right

my coworker has a '05, she was rearended in the parking lot and it cost her $600 painted and installed for a new one.

Ive been rear ended twice. The first time it was 500$ and the 2nd time it was 700$.

I have a 02 Civic and it'll run you 400+ depending on who you have paint it. Also depends on if you broke any of the other brackets involved with it. This sounds stupid, but the tail light assembly has a bracket in that area that could easily be broken if it was rear ended.

I say you just get em a body kit if you're looking to drop 400, holey crap, man. Is it a front or rear "bumber"?
