Default Chafing

Hey yall, I have an interesting problem, and im looking for some advice, willing to try anything. I have a 95 civic ex, turbo'd the whole nine yards I'll post pics later, but I am having some problems with my wiring. About two years ago I put on a Lambo door conversionon my car, and the wiring needed to be extended. now the way the wiring lays now is between the hinge and the fender. This causes problems with chafing when the door is opened or closed. I have tried multiple things including teflon taping the wiring, and routing it every way possible. I am on my ninth wire repair and i am frustrated. please help

I was thinking couldn't you put the window and lock switch somewhere else and run the window motor wiring to it and condute.

Try the door protectors on the inside of the fender (see pic) we can also get you some steel braided hose to put the wires in

Your sig is quite unnecessary. There are women that use this forum too. I'd suggest changing it before someone does it for you.
